SOPs & SOGs Audit

Training

The Air Rescue Systems Standard Operating Procedures-Standard Operating Guidelines Audit is a detailed review of the agency’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs). The audit helps ARS partners establish program-wide procedures and guidelines for their helicopter rescue operations.  Development of standardized procedures and guidelines is critical to establishing common practices and understandings of techniques used in training and real-world operations.

The Standard Operating Procedures-Standard Operating Guidelines Audit is a 45- to 90-day collaboration between subject matter expert points of contact at Air Rescue Systems and a project lead from the agency.  Most of the work is performed online and in virtual meetings.  Onsite consulting is available, when necessary.
