Our crew and pilot instructors are skilled in advanced helicopter utility operations and provide a safe learning environment for the use of helicopters in construction, maintenance, and inspection of transmission structures, conductors and wind turbine facilities. We incorporate the “total team” concept into our training program for the power utility industry and transform linemen into crewmen; team-members that understand the specific requirements of CRM, risk-management and GO-NO-GO decision-making.
