Wayne Heffner brings 20 years of USCG experience as an Aviation Maintenance Technician. As a Flight Mechanic on MH60J and MH60T platforms, he amassed 1,500 hours as a hoist operator and examiner, while also chairing the hoist training department for over a decade. Wayne later transitioned to executive flight, serving as Chief of Maintenance for the CG's two Gulfstream aircraft (GV and G550), maintaining both the aircraft and managing personnel for around 1,100 hours of annual global transportation for CG and government officials.
